Another long and busy day. Did a fast but short walk late last night, went by the skeleton house in the dark. their front porch is even cooler, but the door was left open and I felt weird taking a pic of the inside of their house and I've seen too many horror movies to walk in to ask permission - duh! Nice cool night, and all of my walking minutes counted, so I guess the reset worked or I was really slacking off when it said I wasn't. hint, it's the former, I only walk slowly when I've hurt myself.

Got home, played with the gym, need to watch some videos to make it useful. while not hurting, still some weird stuff with the back, mostly in that I have to be careful in how I get up from resting positions. just a pattern of weakness, not muscle spasms at this point. figured out most of the accessory things. It's colder here at night, mid-50s, so may try and schedule swims for lunch after DST starts and just work late since it's dark anyways.
