Dropped 5.3 pounds to 228.4 after a 36-hour fast. Also have taken a few days off from working out and I wonder if that has anything to do with it. I also noted that I went from 59 BPM resting heart rate last Wednesday to 48 BPM resting heart rate on Monday and Tuesday. Very strange, but I'll take it. Back on my 1680 per day calorie target.
