No walk, no swim, another 11.5 hour day in the chair which is probably the worst thing I could do, but here we are anyways. I do have a good pillow behind me and I am almost to the end of the crazy FYE tasking, so there is light or a train at the end of the tunnel. Either way, it will be over in about seven days. Yay!

Slept with the towel around me again, such a simple but amazing trick. I only used the TENS machine at the very end of the very long day for aches, no aspirin or other painkillers, so we're making progress. I have also figured out how to move around and get out of bed without setting any spasms off.

Today should be more normal. Noticed that the days are definitely getting shorter, but the good part is that I will start having some spectacular sunsets in the next few days. Gotta look for the bright spots.

I'm still good with the numbers below. Movement is minimized, so holding is great.
