Burp. All I can say after an unplanned detour on dinner last night. Worked 12 hours yesterday, was too sore to do much by the time I stopped, life lesson for the books. No walk, no swim, just dinner and bed. Life goes on.

Planning to do better movement wise today, but looks like we're off the rails at work 27 minutes in. Woo hoo! 8 more days of insanity.

Slept with the towel around my waist again, no drugs, no creams, no heat or TENS. So that's good.
