Did the long walk last night, got 5.7 miles in yesterday, feel pretty good this morning, slept well with a towel wrapped around my waist for support and did not have any spasms last night even when I was laying down and that's the most challenging part because -- gravity. Guessing the numbers below are messed up somewhat, not going to worry about it. Flexible this morning, going to make sure I sit well in my chair and make sure I get up to move and stretch when my watch tells me. Now that I'm leaving the house again, we'll try and get more pics. Still surviving the September crunch at work and there's some life stuff in there as well. Deep breaths and it'll be fine.

Great idea with the towel. Pain makes sleep so difficult, and (at least for me) lack of sleep makes me ravenous for some reason. Glad things seem a little better.

Towel idea was from a Bob & Brad video. Best part was that it works and I already have towels in the house. Used a shoelace to tie the ends together.
