Frustrating but holding and that's about as good as you can do sometimes. Did a long walk last night, 14K steps for the day. My usual time on that route is about an hour, last night was 1.75, but hey, it's movement and movement is good. Went to bed early, slept most of the night, will get through this and everything else. Dug out an old massage roller thing, has steel rollers in it so if you put it in the fridge it's like ice. So good. Alternating with heating pad. Managed to avoid back spasms getting in and out of bed. That helps a lot.

Press on, but gently. It's all about getting there.
