Holding overall, muscle and water down, going to have to be very careful on how much I eat. More mobile today, getting out of bed sucks, but once I'm up it's okay as long as I'm careful. Pool isn't heated this time of year, so may try swimming as the cold water will feel good even if I'm not burning a ton of calories. Not happy that muscle is going down, but I'll be back soon enough.

Discovered Tour de France is on TV (yay!), it's just that I'm 13 days behind. Twenty minute web summaries should make it easy to catch up. Much less time to binge if I decide to do that. I don't have TV, I don't really watch the news, my own fault. I'll save it for evening.

The big fire is more than 1/3 of the way contained, no winds, it's getting better. Thank you, firefighters and air support.
