Gotta be quick, crazy at work. Good weekend, good swim, long walk. Turned current up one notch in the pool and tried to pretend I didn't know I did it. Strong swim, 827 strokes, 10.4METs, heart rate right at 140. All in cardio zone which is pretty much where I wanted to land. Used the big paddles followed by bands for a few minutes. Have to be careful because if I'm already fatigued those can take me into big time leg/butt cramps. It's called dehydration and fixed easily enough, but it's still no fun.

Longer walk with dogs after (and I washed my hair!). Watch says 3.58 miles, but it's 3.72 miles most days, so not sure what's going on there. Need to think back as to whether I did anything different, otherwise, it's the watch. Looking at my "flights climbed" it's off. Should be 7 on that walk. Gonna have to reset again. At least the swim strokes were accurate and matched what I counted.

I've worked my way up to a full inversion for five minutes hanging by my ankles suspended. I'm now officially weirder than before. I love it. Arms are really heavy upside down and it hits some unusual muscles I'm not normally aware of. I took some pic of my arms and shoulders, but those are for me at this point.

Good day for my rings altogether although it hasn't asked me if I want to increase my calorie burn for the week. Not interested.

Gonna be nuts today, but it's not unexpected. Good times, good times.
