Solid swim last night, non-stop 825 strokes, 10.6 METs heart rate mid 140's. It felt good, too. Ordered the cardio cap for the snorkel, thinking about trying the Finis iso paddles but need to do more research.

Cleaning this morning, just feeling it. next week is going to be a bear at work so I need the house to be as peaceful as possible. I'm going to make this a good productive weekend. Make a list, work the list.

Woot! Just did full 90 degree inversion for two minutes hanging completely away from the board by my feet. Wow, was that interesting. I need to work my way up to five minutes, it's different than being on the board, but it was not as uncontrolled as I thought it might be and the forces on my body were different than on the 60 degree mark.

No pics because I was just working on not getting killed and I'm sure I looked ridiculous.
