this month (or I guess for awhile now) i have been in a phase where I will binge eat entire loaves of bread.. like the soft but terrible supermarket ones. Just wanted to get that off my chest. I was feeling very ashamed of myself, and that fueled the cycle of eating junk and feeling terrible afterwards, physically and mentally. Now I’m trying to be less judgmental and forgiving of myself, which is always going to be a lifelong process.
