Brunch and a big ole piece of salmon for dinner last night. Also had baby potatoes twice in one day. Both were delicious. I don't think FS gave me enough credit for protein on the veggie frittata, but I wanted to over count calories because it was restaurant food.

Turned the current up in the pool yesterday, promptly got my butt kicked, but kept up with it, kept heart rate in cardio, 854 strokes, heart rate low 140's except when I removed the paddles for the last three minutes and had to sprint to not get tossed by the current. 10.6 METs. That was fun, kinda forgot I'd done it until whoops, this is harder than I thought it would be.
