After a couple of very unusual and hectic weeks with son's surgery, my shoulder recovery, pneumonia recovery and a flare of autoimmune issues, topped it off with a bowel obstruction that is resolving. Eating very lightly but no particular weight loss during this. Weighed in at 183 in hospital but know that part of that was due to the obstruction, then edema following IV fluids. Now at home normalizing. I'm not concerned about my weight. I will continue to eat as I am able and stick to things that have good nutritional value small amounts as comfortable. Upcoming this week: endocrinology re: diabetes and Hashimoto's; ECHO cardiogram, and chiro x 3 (beginning a scheduled program to gain most benefit in a specific timeframe). DC'd PT as got interrupted so many times. Off any pain med except acetaminophen (which I will take sparingly for the sake of my healthy liver.)
