Hey Lovers of FatSecret! I am on-line for the second time this year. I ususlly just put in my weight and call it good. But I have been communicating with another user and that has been wonderful. The encouragement of a single person can get me motivated! So here's to getting the mass off my a**.

I have lost a pound since last week. I am looking to lose another pound this week and maybe 2 lbs. by the end of the month. I have still regulated my portions but I am eating too much for two days. And working from home is NOT helping. But I will overcome this weight and get down to my dream/idea/fantasy weight of 215 lbs. Only 19 more lbs. to loose. And these are a bear to get off. Increased calisthenics and reduced my daily caloric goal to 2300 instead of the 2500. And using FS for finding out what a meal will cost me BEFORE I eat it has been another tactic used.

Keep rooting for me. Especially you, Sugar Waffle! I do so enjoy your posts. And also my newest encourager, jcmama777! Much love to both of you from Fletcher!
