Got my badge for April, 23,900 activity calories burned. Proud of this one. 76 days closing the exercise ring. On a look back, the first goal was for me to burn 300 calories in an activity back in 2018. I'm at 630 now and it keeps wanting me to go to 650, but there's only so many hours in a day, so we're going to just hold for now.

Swam last night, #9. Altered my stroke because I'm having some nerve issues in my hands (falling asleep after about 15 minutes - ulnar nerve - bad form) which means my form is off. Result is that my traps burned and are sore this morning. Pretty sure that's not what I wanted, so will probably watch some videos this weekend on how to make sure my catch is correct and will work on form in addition to my swim tonight.
