Swam and walked yesterday. Woot! Focused on drinking water, getting in fruits and veggies instead of other things. Ordered from Costco last night, it showed up at 6:45 AM this morning, life is good. Gorgeous produce, including my spinach. Forgot to order tomatoes, so will just offset that with the fresh fruit this next two weeks.
Edit: Almost forgot, starting over, that would be swim #2 of a new 30 swims in 30 days goal. 60 days to make a habit permanent, right?

What brand of scale do you weigh yourself on that gives you so many details?
I would use a Tanita scale the gym provided, but because of closure it is not available. I miss it!

@tatauu22, I ordered using fast and flexible figuring it would show up by weekend. Boy, was I surprised when I looked at my phone at 6:30. Worked out great, everything was in stock this time. Better than weekend shopping leftovers.
