Busy, back in a day or so.

Edit: adding data from yesterday's activities. I literally chased the dogs around the house for 30 minutes and then lifted some stuff around. They needed it, I needed it, and no one had to go outside. Can't do that every day, because I don't want that to become the new normal, but we were all tired at the end.

Edit #2: Skipped out of work a little early and swam since winds were picking up again like they did yesterday. Knocked it out, no bubbles, back at my desk. 824 strokes, heart rate average of 135 which is down from the low 140's. Getting better at this. I do remember when I first started, I could barely make 100 strokes without stopping for air. Definitely improved over the past two years.
