This would have freaked me out and probably have derailed me previously. I have swam 7 days in a row along with some serious physical labor (no cinderblocks though) the last three. This is muscle and water and a tiny bit of fat. So, we're just taking a deep breath and I'm going to continue pressing ahead with the thirty minutes a day and see where it takes me. Swim #21 in the bag. Hard one, too. Cap came off mid-swim and I had to stop and put myself back together. Time for a new cap, I guess. I'm using a backup, but I don't like it much. Stayed on. Took the dogs to the carwash again and then a long drive down towards the border and then returned on the strand with the windows open so they could breathe in the salt air. Happy puppies and it exhausted them. Stopped by Jack in the Box on the way home and got -- a large Diet Coke!!!
