Put the treadmill away last night, looked at the weather for the week and it's supposed to rain through Thursday. Crazy for here. Guess I'll likely be pulling it right back out if it's a real storm. I can swim in light rain though. Might drag the weights into the house.

Nov 28, when I started muscle as was 89.5 lbs, today it's holding above 90 all the time, currently at 91.7. Fat mass at 66.0, started at 66.4, pretty close to the same, but at least it's not up. I can see the muscles in my back, on my arms and my legs are very muscular from the walking.

Time to walk away from the internet for a few hours to maintain sanity.
