Annoying, but okay. Under ate on calories yesterday, no reason. Three hard swims in a row, muscle mass up, fat mass holding. Gorgeous skies this morning, that definitely helps with the swimming motivation.

801 strokes yesterday, a little high on average heart rate, but honestly, I wasn't feeling it at all. Played with arm position for a long even stroke. I'm going to try and reset my internal clock to start earlier and enjoy even more daylight as things get crazier. Carry on.
