No swim last night, windy weather was causing branches to fall off trees over the pool. Went for a walk with the dogs and cut it short when more debris fell off trees on our walk. Go figure.

Food intake is normal, will be swimming later today. Work is insane at the moment, not sure if it will continue through the quarantine or level off in a few weeks. I am going to remember that it is easier for me to stay healthy if I take care of myself first.

Putting together a list of house projects I can do without leaving the house in the event I am put on furlough. Trying to remember that not everyone is used to working from home and that it is new for some people.
