I loved it when you said a few days ago "When I'm doing perfectly (of course relatively), I can just keep on doing that. As soon as I make a concession, I start to justify more and more of them until the whole thing is thrown out the window." That's the way it is for me too. I'm coming back to FS, limping, tattered, and torn. But I want to start again. Thanks for being you, I love you. I will start again praying for you, and ask that you pray for me. Thanks.

There's an app called Fabulous in which you can set up reminders for habits you want to have like drinking water, exercise or a lot of other things. Its a lovely app.
