Up .6 from my low this month, so my loss for the month is about half a pound. I fluctuated up & down for all of Feb. 1 to 2 lbs. Average calories 1500 each week give or take . Positives for the month are: 1. I was able to fit into smaller sizes.
2. Friends often exclaimed & were complementary when they noticed my loss.
3. My energy levels & stamina are improved.

I've been doing some "Spring Cleaning". Our house is being appraised on Wed. & we're trying to spiff it up a bit. I've been on my knees cleaning our tile & wood floors and finally finished
today! My knees are thankful 😐

The weather is sunny & warm today, so I finally got the pansies in the planters. I definitely have a bit of Spring fever! Lots of greenery is poking thru. Won't be long & I get to enjoy lillies, hostas & flowering plants. And my battle with the deer begins. They like to eat all the green stuff as soon as it appears 😕 I love the plants & our herd of deer so what can you do?
