FBS 9:15 148 This morning I am definitely retaining fluids; hands, feet, and face. This is getting weird and I'm glad to have the Cardiology consult next week. Have had some increase in the arrythmia thing (PVCs) so need to rule out any cardiac issue. Now, did I eat 100% 'correctly'? No. I had bought chocolates and a bag of Ritz baked cheddar crips/crackers. I've eaten most of that. This week has been an eye-opener for me though. I see that I've been more stressed than I was consciously aware, related to bills and income/outflow of cash. Will find a non-chocolate modality! So, I did an experiment: today's BGs: 9:15 (fasting) 148, 11:21 2hpp is 142; at 1:17 p.m., it's now 138 and I'm about to eat lunch.
