I tried to not go over my RDI yesterday and succeeded. It's interesting that FS says I can eat up to 2000 calories to maintain 145 lbs. I'm not so sure that's the case. Maybe, in the Spring when I can be more active. I've missed the afternoon walk for the past few days due to weather.Today is another gloomy, rainy day. No sun expected til Thursday 😕 I need to run out to the store today. Guess I should walk around inside for awhile.

I'm cooking a pork tenderloin for dinner tonight 😊😋 The sides need to be low cal so I can enjoy a few more bites of the main course.
