If I count going down .2 as maintaining, I get to count going up that same .2 as maintaining as well, right? I ate under my RDI yesterday, but not a lot. And I wasn't very active....including skipping out on the afternoon walk 😐 It had been raining but hubby decided to take advantage of a break in the weather to get the dogs out for a quick one. I remained on my butt, where I had been watching a couple of episodes of Mrs Maisel....just being lazy.

I decided I didn't feel like grocery shopping yesterday, so today I have to get out. Thankfully, even though it's raining again I feel more motivated. I'm having lunch with some friends tomorrow & my roots need a touch up...so there's that 😊 Need to buy some hair color. And eggs...and bread...and tomatoes....you get the picture. I can get creative with meals but I'm not imaginative enough to create something out of nothing.

So off to the store....
