Back into the full swing of work and the never-ending pull of the desk and the phone. Very slow group for the pack walk last night, that happens, but it's about inclusion, not picking and choosing the fast group. That said, despite going 2.5 miles, I hardly burned any calories, so it was almost like a rest day, but without actual rest. 😕 Despite time constraints, I need to figure something out for that day because I almost didn't close my rings. Maybe lift a couple weights during lunch and run around with the dogs before? I dunno. Frustrating, because I am "moving" but not enough. There is some irony there. It's like not being able to get my heart rate up enough on the treadmill. It's a good problem, but still a problem.

Thinking it might be fun to organize a canyon group on the weekends. I won't go in there by myself for safety reasons, but a group of people with a whole bunch of very large dogs might actually help clear the space out.

Tiny nudge up, calories were a little high yesterday, will focus more today.
