Eating Boom Chika Pop popcorn at 11 PM, candy earlier....chocolate & jelley's....and wine during the evening isn't conducive to no gains, but I never felt "out of control". Just enjoying New Year's Eve with my honey. I perused the bakery section at the grocery store thinking maybe we needed some dessert for either our New Year's Eve or New Year's Day meals. I walked away empty handed...decided any of the sweets at home would fit the bill.
Blackeyed Peas later today....our Southern New Year's custom.
Tomorrow back to working towards my goal. My 2020 goal is to eat healthy the greatest percentage of the time, occasionally having a special treat meal on occasions or evenings out. I want to make it thru the year feeling good and feeling healthy. I want to incorporate activity & exercise into my daily routines. No diets....just eating "right" as my new normal.
