Thank goodness for the smart scale, this gain would have made me nuts otherwise. I swam and walked yesterday, including getting a big old blister due to massive sock failure with two miles to go, so this 1.4lb bump is annoying, but it is mostly muscle and water, so that's good. Another long but more leisurely swim on the books for today. If I can squeeze in an hour, I will. Need to prep food for tomorrow and clean the house.

Edit: FS says I am gaining at a massive rate of 9.8 lbs a week. I love them.
