Swam relatively late last night, ate more normally yesterday. Will swim again today if there's no thunder and lightning; otherwise, treadmill time. Too much rain for a long walk unless I pull out the waterproof ski pants and I don't think it's worth it. Water up, muscle mass up slightly. Working half(a$$) schedule at work, meaning it's time to tend to all the administrivia that I ignore as long as I can.
Baking human and dog cookies later today! I love baking and I don't have to eat anything. It's the process.
