At least the weight's a tight cycle meaning that the ups and downs are within a very close range.

Eating turkey this week, walking mostly due to work (still). Will try and swim tomorrow, not going to happen today. I seem to be working through the lower back/hip/knee pain issue. Lots of stretching, been switching up my work seating and trying to move around more to avoid the dreaded sciatic attack.
