Moving downward again. I made an effort yesterday to keep the calories down a little since I had 2 days around 1500. A substantial brunch a little later meant an afternoon snack of popcorn & a cup of hot cider should be enough. But, as I was preparing dinner I started feeling really hungry. I measured out an oz. of almonds....not a lot but it did quell the hunger pangs. Dinner was pork loin, baby carrots & yellow squash with parmesan, all cooked in the oven. I passed up a slice of apple pie for a creamy mango Outshine ice pop. I told the hubby maybe I'd replace my morning bagel & peanut butter with a slice of pie 😊 If it's a small slice the calorie difference wouldn't be substancial. Jury's still out on that.

The plan is to be "good" for the next 3 days so that Thanksgiving I can be guilt free and enjoy. I need to get out to the grocery store either today or Tues. to pick up the ingredients for the dishes I'm contributing to the feast. Planning to do some prep on Wed.

Oh, I got out for our afternoon walk again after 2 days off. One for rain & I didnt get home on Sat til after dark. It was getting colder again after the rain but I'm glad I did it.
