Well, I ate 5k calories the last two days. I'm honestly surprised I didn't gain more. But, yes, since upping the protein I seem to be slapping on some more as well as a lot of strength.

The leaner I get, the bigger I am looking. This guy at the gym thought I was well over 200 pounds. He was shocked when he overheard me say I was 190, but I was speaking of the last time my bench press was this good. He was even more incredulous when I said I was 182.

Maybe cut slower. I think I remember you saying you cut fast when you do. Doing it slower seems to be making a great difference.

Patience whether you're cutting or bulking. I find that even on weeks where I am mostly maintaining calorie wise, I see small differences. An extra vein or striation where I never saw one before or an increase in strength on a certain lift.

You are probably looking better, Chris. Do you measure? Do you take a ton of pics and not post them? You must be doing something with all the lifting and eating. So boring- I wake up on FS and everyone else goes to sleep. I'll wait until 4 p.m. for a reply. :)
