Bumped up just a little this morning. Not sweating it though....I'm sure it's a temporary gain & only .6lbs. Only .4 over goal. 😀 Hubby & I had chile & crusty bread for dinner last night. Perfect meal for our chilly weather. I had planned to cook chicken chile but hubby requested chile with beef so I bought the ingredients at the store & made a big pot. Determining calories was difficult so I pulled "Chile" off the FS list & used it. Not sure how accurate it was.

I'm planning to set a new goal to lose another 10 lbs. but decided to start that on Monday. That gives me almost 7 weeks before Thanksgiving. Between Thanksgiving & New Year's I'm going for maintenance then depending on where I am I'll go back to weight loss or maintenance in 2020. Sounds like a plan 😁
