You got this! Whenever you're feeling stressed, take a walk. Whenever I'm feeling stressed or anxious, I take a quick walk through the halls. (By quick, I mean I'm walking for ten minutes, striding quickly.) I don't know if this will help, but I always do this, and I'm hoping you'll find it helpful. Good luck, and I believe in you!

Thanks Lilvil1234😊 it’s funny because the past 2 weeks with stress I was losing weight😩 I felt it yesterday even though I didn’t have a gain yesterday. I felt heavier. When work is slow I try to get up and walk because I get stiffness with the RA so it hurts to get up and everything creeks but then I feel good. I will try more movement and stick with my herb teas and water and coffee. I do get stuck at my table doing school work. Thanks for believing in me🤗💜💚

I will bella💜💚😘 I’m just going to except it. It’s not the first time and won’t be the last time. I really wanted to make my birthday goal, but I realized I already gave myself the best gift. I don’t have to make it to Onederland on my birthday. Whatever weight I am that day is a hell of a lot better then where I was on my birthday last year. I already given myself a healthy new lifestyle and that’s the most important thing.

Been there over and over...I know how you feel but I stuck with it and have reached three goals!! And do will you. I didn’t set certain dates though, to me that would be too much stress and pressure. You will be sooooo much further in another year. Imagine that!!!!! 🥰🥰😘😘❤️❤️
