Down a full lb. for my lowest weight yet this morning! Aiming for 156 point something this week 😊 I know some people don't recommend daily weigh ins but it helps keep me on track. And not everyone records everyday but it's nice having my progress at my fingertips.
A blogger I read talked about there being 90 days til the end of the year...and 90 days left in this decade! I hadn't thought about that. She was talking about setting goals for herself for the next 90 days. Among them getting healthier by exercising everyday, eliminating one bad food from her diet etc. I think I'll take her lead & come up with some end of year goals. Everyone sets goals around New Year's....ending the year on a positive note sounds good to me.
