I'm feeling a little discouraged today. Two weeks and I've been fluctuating between 158 and 157.4 at my lowest day. Today I'm back at 158. Not sure what I need to do to shake it up some. I had hoped to make my goal by tomorrow, then set a new goal of 145. If it's going to be this hard to lose even a lb. and keep it off, is losing another 10 lbs. something I want to tackle?
Thinking maybe I could do another alcohol free month for October. I haven't been drinking a lot, but might be worth a try.
My husband who isn't a real big guy....he's just a few inches taller than me, actually weighs less than I do right now. His blood pressure was a little elevated so he decided to lose weight and took off about 20 lbs. He eats more than I do and is keeping it off 😐 He still can eat chips, drink wine and not gain.
I have lost perspective of how big I actually look. Sometimes I look in the mirror & feel smaller and sometimes I feel like I'm fooling myself and I'm actually much bigger than I think I look.
