Up this morning 🙁 I ate more sodium than usual yesterday....I think that may be part of the problem. Book Club tonight....since I ate my first meal later ( just now) I'm going to try to wait til then before I eat again. Maybe a Greek yogurt if I'm hungry. Still not decided how to handle the beverage dilemma....I know if I wasn't trying to hit my goal in 5 days I'd have a drink or 2 & make up for it later. I don't want all my decisions to revolve around losing weight. Although that's a big focus these days. 🍷🍺🍸 or not 🤔
