Only up .2 but I did manage to eat more than planned yesterday. Hubby went to Costco & came home with some snacks. None of them are horrendous with calories but I need to choose ONE. Started with some big pretzel sticks in the afternoon after I had eaten lunch. I only had 4, but....Then decided to have wine with dinner. Dinner was low cal with shrimp and kale salad, so thought I could afford the wine. Then....I thought a half glass of wine more and 1 peice of dark chocolate for dessert. Ok if I'd stopped there....One of our favorite sweet treats is Boom Chika Pop Kettle Corn. 140 calories for 2 cups....not bad & 2 cups satisfies me. I really couldn't afford 140 more calories but hubby was having some and he encouraged me to join him 😐 I had 1 cup. I ended up eating close to 1400 calories and I've been averaging between 1100 to 1200. I really want to lose those last 3 to 4 lbs. in the next 19 days!!!! So today....one only one treat!!!
