Well....down but less than I was hoping for. I resisted having "dessert" after dinner last night hoping I'd end up back where I was a few days ago, but not yet. Dessert is usually 100 calories or less so not a big deal. I also was thinking a glass of wine would be nice with dinner but had a refreshing cocktail of vodka & mandarin orange sparkling water with a splash of triple sec and sliced limes instead. Adding the triple sec added about 20 calories so it was only about 40 calories less than wine, but every little bit helps. 😊 FS says I can eat 1600 calories a day but I've been trying to keep them around 1200. That seems to be working for me. Before I reduced my alcohol intake I was usually having 2 glasses of wine with dinner. That automatically added about 250 calories bumping my intake almost up to 1600. So my food intake is about the same at 1200. Three weeks to hit my goal. Four lbs. to go! Making it would be a fabulous Birthday gift to myself. 😀
