😀😃 Big smiles this morning. I'm at the lowest weight on the scale since starting this challenge in July. Only 3.6 more lbs. to hit goal! I've already pretty much decided if I hit goal, I'm going to do a reset and lower it by another 5 lbs. for the month of October & early November. Maybe do maintenance during the holidays then reset again in January. I was convinced I'd never be able to maintain below 155, but I'm rethinking that. I know I can't maintain eating and drinking everything, every day. But I think I can do it eating healthy most days and allowing treats some days. Just cause I choose the fries or cake one day doesn't mean I have to eat it the next day 😊
