Still sitting in the same place this morning. Probably dinner out tonight. We've had a standing date for dinner with 2 other couples since 2001. Another couple was part of our group til they moved a couple of years ago. Also anticipating a local charity event for Muscular Distrophy & MS that features oysters of several varieties over Labor Day Weekend. That's an occasion that includes much food & drink with friends. Managing food choices at home are relatively easy. Social settings are a bit harder. All social occasions involve food and alcohol with our friends....as with most people. A dinner out isn't too difficult to manage alcohol. Several hours hanging out with friends, talking, enjoying live music and food....and drink is trickier. We often attend this event a couple of days over the weekend as it's at a local resteraunt owned by friends.
At least going in prepared I can decide how to manage it. I can see a few club sodas with lime in my future 😀
