Thanks, working hard to burn more than I take in. Going from sedentary to active wasn’t as hard as I thought. I always hated being sweaty, but know I think of it as the fat is crying. Adding a multi vitamin to my diet because I can see that my potassium & biotin intake is low. Also trying to increase the greens to help.

Awesome progress.
Fat crying, hilarious.
I hate being sweaty in hot, humid weather. And I really wanted to move from sedentary to moderately active too. If I walk, I do it in the twilight before sunrise. Otherwise I dance in my living room or use my new slide board. There was no way I was going to roller blade in Florida summer. Could when 20 years ago. Now I'd have a freakin heart attack. Now I can take it inside AND I don;t have to stress about traffic.
