Yeah I have been really good mate.
Careful that that lil thing you can feel don't flair up. Glad ya doin well though.
I've been busy and my training has backed off a tonne. I have held weight by adjusting the Cal's but I'm looking pretty soft hahaha. Fitness Def's not what it was this time last year.
