Up, down, up... Mostly on track food wise, swam a good set yesterday. Pack walk tonight. I'm gonna toss the granola up into the high cupboards so I don't see it and don't want it. Mom bought it, tastes like cookies. Might toss it and just buy another when she gets back as opposed to nibbling my way through it. That's probably the best plan.

My body feels a thousand times better today. No bloating, no pain, made it through another one. Now, to get all the fiber back into my life and avoid the next one altogether. I think sitting at my desk too much didn't help either. All these things. Going to try and break my 45 day 3 ring streak I had previously. That got derailed in July from company and work. Should be easy enough in August.
