Less than half a pound fluctuation but it did go up. I truly believe it's because I got up early this morning, therefore I didn't have enough time to sleep off that extra .4 lbs. 😊 On a good note I'm 75% packed for the beach. Heading down tonight to have dinner with my sister & brother in law & spend the night so my sis & I can meet up with our other 2 sisters for our drive to Florida on Saturday AM. My daughter in law & granddaughter join us for a few days the beginning of the trip, my daughter & grandaughter come on Sunday for the week & 2 of our neices are coming the end of the week. I'm looking forward to a fabulous week!
Still debating whether I'll log my food/ drinks while I'm away or not. I won't be weighing myself, but I'd like to not gain all the weight back I lost in the last month. Well, stuff to do.....
