😔😞 Yeah, less than a lb. but still up. Yesterday, was the first time in awhile I felt hungry & wanted to eat between meals. I tried to satisfy myself with a Virgin Bloody Mary thinking it was better than eating. It was almost dinner time, so I'd be eating soon. It did the trick but, I'm thinking I had too much salt causing some fluid retention. My overall calorie consumption wasn't too much. Just a few more days and I'm heading to the beach. No scale there, but I don't want to come home and start all over again. I don't plan to be as strict, but I want to still be mindful of what I am eating. Ok...it's a new day!
