😊 Another bump. Don't know if I'll be down to 160 before vacation but I'm getting closer. Twelve days to go....sun & sand 😎🌞🏊🍹🌴 and time with the girls! I think cutting back before I go away will actually help me eat more sensibly while I'm in Florida. I've gotten off the snacking indiscriminately & having seconds bandwagon rut I had gotten into. If I can eat mindfully most days having an extra treat or more fattening meal won't hurt too much. I just have to accept if I want to maintain a healthier weight I will ALWAYS have to think about what I'm putting in my mouth. Another day....
