Down 1 this morning, I'm going to say I have 2 more to go because I prefer 158 to 159 so I'm not dancing on the cusp of the 160s. Did a day of lots of water, made sure I moved around and hit all the rings. I was a little over on calories, so there's a place I can work on. I'd forgotten that I'd taken a couple of days off from exercising, I'm glad I remembered that I did that - it's something that I can squeeze a little more effort into and get payoff. It's supposed to start warming up this week, so swimming will be easier since I won't have to make myself get into cold water.

Wearing jeans again this morning. I want to maintain that heightened level of awareness about my body. Trying really hard not to fall into old patterns with mom here. It's really hard when you have two humans who have years of conditioning in certain roles and sometimes fighting those roles puts you in another place that can also be negative if you aren't careful.
