First weight entry in a while. The last time I weighed I had just gotten over the flu and had dropped about 6 or 7 that week. It was obviously fluid. I added resistance training and have been adding muscle while dropping 2 more inches in my waist over the past couple of months. The scale has very slowly and steadily inching down maybe half a pound a week since the post-flu rebound. I finally legitimately got below that weight again with a lot more muscle on my frame. I say all this just to point out not to let a stupid number on a silly scale determine your mood or outlook. It’s just a number. If you’re doing the work, you’re making progress in all ways healthy. Keep the faith and keep pounding!
