I said it before but now I'm committed, no more alcohol till my niece's wedding July 5th. My Hubby laughed when I got upset about 6 ozs, but doesn't understand those 6 ozs put me over the 192 mark. I threw out all my bread this morning, after breakfast of course😜 I'm bowling in a tournament today then tomorrow my friend's memorial. I'm back bowling Monday morning then the gym Monday afternoon. I set up a schedule with a trainer friend...here we go. Have a healthy day 🙋
